For the past 22 years, Brian Pabian has represented insureds, medical providers and insurers in first-party insurance litigation. He has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in the prosecution and defense of third-party personal injury claims pre-suit and in litigation, including automobile accidents, premises liability and negligent security claims. He is currently representing claimants in insurance and personal injury claims, as well as representing health care providers and individuals in need of services related to drug and alcohol treatment rehabilitation.
