Getting the most out of Mediation Advocacy

Arthur Garcia, Jr. is a full time mediator and arbitrator with Upchurch Watson
White & Max Mediation group with a state wide practice. Mr. Garcia graduated
with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1991. He was
a civil litigator and trial attorney for 26 years before becoming a full time mediator.
Prior to becoming an attorney Mr. Garcia graduated with high honors from Florida International
University with a degree in nursing and was the class valedictorian. He practiced as a Registered
Nurse at the University of Miami/JMH burn and trauma centers. Prior to becoming a registered
nurse Mr. Garcia was an EMT. Mr. Garcia was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps,
honorably discharged in 1984.
