The Eggnatz Law Firm, P.A. is a civil litigation firm focusing on personal injury, property damage, family law, and general civil litigation matters. The firm is committed to providing its clients the attention and personal service they deserve. Joshua H. Eggnatz is a native Floridian, and was raised in Broward County. He is oldest of five siblings, and lives with his wife, Laura, in Pembroke Pines, FL. Prior to founding The Eggnatz Law Firm, P.A., Mr. Eggnatz worked for large insurance defense firms, where he represented insurance companies, corporations, self-insured businesses, and governmental entities. Because of his experience defending insurance companies, Mr. Eggnatz knows the methods employed by insurance companies to limit the amount they will pay on a claim. He also has a strong sense of when an insurance provider is under valuing, or considering denying, a claim. Mr. Eggnatz is committed to providing honest and professional advice, by using this experience to inform his clients of both the strengths and weaknesses of his or her case. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida. Joshua is also a member of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Eggnatz obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In law school, he participated in Nova’s Children and Families Civil Law Clinic, where is worked as a Certified Legal Intern representing economically disadvantaged clients in family law matters. He was the Vice-President of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), and served as the Associate Managing Editor of The ILSA Law Journal of International and Comparative Law. Mr. Eggnatz graduated from the University of Central Florida, Magna Cum Laude, with a B.S. in Legal Studies, where he served as Attorney General for the UCF Student Government Association.
