
Welcome to the Weston Bar Association (the "WBA"). Established in 2012 as an independent voluntary bar association, the WBA is a non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The mission of the WBA is to serve the legal profession and the public by advancing the interests of the legal and business professional communities and by galvanizing public access to the legal arena through collaborative and synergistic initiatives.
The WBA hosts networking events, judicial receptions, elections forums, judicial panels and fundraisers for WBA initiatives at upscale venues.

The WBA advances the interests of the legal professional community by facilitating a diverse network of legal professionals and qualified business professionals as members, and other non-profits and profit organizations, as corporate sponsors and partners.



The WBA has thrived under the leadership of a revolving board of distinguished officers and directors including, Harry Rosen, Weston’s first mayor; Victor Tobin, the former chief judge for Broward County; Dennis Bailey, former circuit court judge for Broward County, Michelle Ricca, current county court judge for Broward County; and Michael Robinson, current circuit court judge for Broward County and current member of the WBA Board of Directors.



ANTI HUMAN-TRAFFICKING
The WBA is committed to empowering victims of human trafficking and to disempowering traffickers by establishing a collaboratively funded, multi-disciplinary group of dedicated professionals, including experienced attorneys to represent legal interests.
COMMENSURATE COUNSEL
The WBA is also committed to facilitating access to justice for individuals whose adversaries are represented by establsihed counsel for large corportations by establishing comensurate counsel establishing a collaboratively funded, dedicated attorney referral group to provide quality legal services for individuals.
