Thank you for your interest in the Weston Bar Association (the "WBA"). Established in 2012 as an independent, voluntary bar association, the WBA is an organization of legal professionals and business affiliates as members and sponsors.

MISSION

The mission of the WBA is to advance the interests of the legal profession, and galvanize public access to the legal arena through collaborative,synergistic initiatives.

INITIATIVES

The WBA evaluates the ever-evolving legal sector in seeking to launch key initiatives. WBA initiatives aim to raise awareness about prevalent issues, and to implement dedicated service solutions.

PROFESSIONAL NETWORK

The WBA advances the interests of the legal profession by facilitating a dynamic network of legal professionals, and business professionals as members, affiliates and sponsors.

The WBA hosts accredited seminars, judicial panels and receptions, local election forums, fundraisers and business networking events at upscale venues in Broward County.

2025 INITIATIVES

Florida ranks as the third highest state for human trafficking cases and second for labor trafficking cases, according to the Florida Alliance to End Human Trafficking.

As a collaborative, multidisciplinary effort, the WBA is committed to the empowerment of victims and survivors of human trafficking; and to the disempowerment of human traffickers by establishing a dedicated attorney referral group and funding for legal services.
